1918: Est. in 1918 at Angels Place Sydney by Mr Roberts after returning from World War One, serving the business community and general customers.
1950: In the 1950 Kevin Laki, an experienced cobbler having gained skills working for Roberts Shoe Repairs, purchased the business and continued the tradition employing up to 21 staff at its height.
1977: In 1977 Mr. Laki sold the business to Mr. Tony Malek who continued to run a highly successful shoe repair trade for 25 years and after moving the business to Wynyard Station in Sydney CBD.
2018: In 2018 the business was sold to current owner Mark Ayoub who’s been in the trade since 2003. He brings with him experiences in both customer service and repairs.
